What can I do in CMSS Hub?

  1. Anders Barlow

CMSS Hub is intended to bring together researchers from around Australia and the world, with a particular focus on surface analysis. It is a resource of information regarding surface analysis techniques such as X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), time-of-flight secondary ion mass spectrometry (ToF-SIMS) and others. It allows researchers to communicate with one another informally about their research, and to share information and knowledge in an easy to navigate interface.

CMSS Hub also hosts the CMSS Hub XPS Database, an online collaborative database of XPS reference spectra. This dataset is covered under a Creative Commons license that allows researchers to read, share, use, transform and disseminate all data in the database. You can even publish the data in your own work. But you must provide the correct attribution to any data you share, and cite the database. But that's easy! Just head to the discussion forum surrounding the XPS Database to find out how to make use of this resource.

CMSS Hub is set up so that you can interact with your peers around Australia. So join groups and start sharing information!
